Question 1

How does live magnet printing work?

Accepted Answer

Guests upload photos from their phones using a QR code, and we print them as high-quality magnets on-site throughout your event. Magnets are ready to collect within minutes.

Question 2

What do you need from us on the day?

Accepted Answer

We provide all printing equipment and supplies. We simply require a standard table and access to a power outlet.

Question 3

How many magnets can be printed?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the package you choose. We'll agree on the number of magnets before the event and print until that allocation is reached or the booked service time ends.

Question 4

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

We typically arrive before the event begins and can be fully set up in around 30–60 minutes, depending on the venue and package selected.

Question 5

Can guests upload photos taken earlier in the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guests can upload any photos from their phones, whether they were taken moments ago or earlier in the celebration.

Question 6

What happens when the event ends?

Accepted Answer

Once the agreed service period ends or all allocated magnets have been printed, our team packs up the equipment and leaves. No cleanup or additional work is required from you.

Question 7

Do I need a photo booth?

Accepted Answer

No. Our service works with photos guests have already taken on their phones, making it a flexible and space-efficient alternative to a traditional photo booth.

Question 8

Can you customise the magnets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can add names, dates, logos, or event branding to create a personalised keepsake for your guests.
