What is the minimum order quantity to receive bulk discount?
We typically work with MOQs starting at 250 units in order to be eligible for a bulk order discount.
How long is the production and delivery lead time?
Standard production takes 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping within Europe usually adds another 3-5 business days. Express options are available for urgent business events at extra cost.
Can we order custom shapes for brand logos?
Our hard magnets are one size only - 6.3 x 6.3 cm. Soft magnets can be cut in square or rectangle shapes in different sizes, but no custom shapes available.
Do you provide soft or hard magnets?
We offer both options. Soft magnets are ideal for flexible applications like magnetic business cards, while hard magnets are perfect for high-end corporate gifts and heavy-duty office use.
Can I request a sample before placing a full bulk order?
Absolutely. We offer pre-production samples for a small fee, which is credited back to your account when you proceed with a full bulk order.
